FIRST ORAL ASSESSMENT

EXPRESSING OPINIONS AND REPORTING INFORMATION


To complete this task successfully you need to:

  • -          Present a detailed oral report of what happens in the two videos
  • -          Talk spontaneously when presenting the report, expressing opinions and answering questions.
  • -          Do not read during the interview
  • -     Use appropriate vocabulary and structures (e.g. adequate organization and use of complex and simple structures, verbs conjugation and tenses, etc.)
  • -          Express opinions and arguments about the content of the two videos
  • -          Produce a comprehensible pronunciation and intonation throughout the interview.
  •  
  • INSTRUCTIONS: For this task, the student needs to be able to present a detailed oral report about two videos (Pay it forward and CNN Heroes Tribute: Narayanan Krishnan). The information needs to be accurate and clear. The task will be developed individually and each student has to answer teacher’s questions, express opinions and talk about the message of the videos.
